About us
The Old Hen-house is located in the countryside a few kilometers from Tollarp. Here we have tried to make a personal little B&B where most things are homemade. The farm is beautifully located on Linderödsåsen with surrounding nature.
A little about what we do
We are very interested in food and prefer to use raw materials from our own farm and surroundings. All meat comes from our own Hereford animals or from wild animals mostly wild boar and deer. If you eat breakfast with us, home-made and home-smoked charcuterie is served.
The idea is to develop food / accommodation more and now also welcomes guests to "chef dinners" where we eat together with our guests. Usually 3-5 dishes, all prepared from the ingredients the season can offer.
